HR Controller (m/f/d)

As HR Controller (m/w/d), you play a central role in creating sound HR financial analyses, supporting group-wide control processes and ensuring transparency over personnel costs, HR key figures and relevant performance indicators. As part of the Corporate HR Controlling, you make a significant contribution to strategic planning processes, promote data-based decisions and work closely with HR and Finance managers. The position offers versatile design options and is geared to experienced HR controlling experts who want to further develop their career in HR Controlling, People Analytics or Corporate Finance. Responsibility for support and further development of the Group-wide budgeting and forecasting process in the personnel sector, including scenario planning, analysis of relevant cost drivers and optimization of planning models. Creating meaningful HR reports, management dashboards and ad hoc analyses for top management, including KPI evaluations, deviation analyses and action recommendations. Ensuring high data quality through the implementation of validations, plausibility checks, coordination and regular quality controls across different HR systems. Development of HR controlling processes, reporting standards and KPI structures as well as active participation of reporting and planning solutions, in particular in Anaplan. Conducting deep trend, performance and economic analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. Control and monitoring of end-to-end accounting management in the HR sector, including audit, cost allocation and close coordination with Finance. Advising internal stakeholders on HR key figures, reporting logics and control-relevant issues as well as understandable communication of analytical findings. Participation in Group-wide projects for digitization and further development of HR controlling and analytics solutions.

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Human Resources or a comparable discipline. At least five years of professional experience in controlling, HR Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), People Analytics or a comparable analytical business area. Funded knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling and management reporting. Embossed analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful action recommendations. Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel as well as experience with reporting and planning tools such as Anaplan, SuccessFactors, Power BI or comparable systems. High numerical affinity, careful and structured working and a pronounced quality awareness. Communication strength and ability to act sovereignly at different levels of management and to present results convincingly. Own initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in working in an international environment. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
