Medical/care, commercial or educational vocational training, alternative equivalent professional experience desirable First aid desirable Willingness to participate in the Seminar for Heads Training Leadership, team and motivation Safety in appearance, negotiation skills, customer orientation, application-oriented IT skills Experience in adult education Willingness to continue training Business and sales basic knowledge Identification with the objectives and Christian values of the Malteser driving licence class B desirable
