You get professional onboarding and dedicated team support in e.g. Technology application or training of communication techniques in sales. You are in direct customer contact for, for example, appointment arrangements, after-sales actions or service calls and are therefore part of our sales team, or have influence on our sales result. You get several deepdives in various sales activities, get to know the entire customer journey of Allianz and can actively contribute to projects for active support. You can do your tasks and goals independently and flexibly in time. These are not in active sales, but mainly upstream and downstream in order to support or support sales. to relieve.

You have good oral expressiveness and have fun in contact with people. You are ready to beat, you also keep difficult conversations calm and do not lose sight of the goal.
