For use in a fixed object we are looking for service technicians:inside with willingness to participate in the layer system Operation, maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment (electric, ventilation, cold) Support of object support in the processing of customer requests Disruption and coordination of service providers documentation, compliance with test and safety requirements Support for reconstructions, energy optimization and customer requests

Completed training in the field of electrical, SHK, cold or mechatronics Experience in technical facility management Knowledge of MSR/GLT, CAFM systems and relevant regulations (e.g. VDE) German knowledge (at least B2) Driving licence class B required
