As an instructor (m/w/d) in the field of system integration, you are responsible for the compilation of technical translation plans. You act as a model for trainees (m/w/d) to promote social behaviour and personal development. Your further tasks: Implementation of training in training occupations with appropriate teaching methods Implementation of the operational training plan in compliance with the training framework plan Conception and evaluation of tests to verify the progress of learning Leadership of personnel talks with trainees in case of failures or failures Examination preparation and support of project and final work Participation in internal placement between departments and trainees at the transition from training to subsequent employment according to operational regulations Representation of the company at trade fairs and other events for the purpose of training marketing Contact care to professional schools, chambers of commerce and universities to coordinate educational content

Complete study in the field of computer science with focus on network technology, server architectures, data security, data protection or comparable Training (tested to AEVO) or the willingness to acquire them Funded knowledge and professional experience in at least 2 of the following areas: network technology and IT security / virtualization, AI and cloud services / operating systems Training and training experience Good knowledge of digital media and MS Office Enthusiasm for dealing with trainees Modern pedagogical, didactic and methodological skills and skills
