About the company

Strategic and holistic control of investor-relation communication for clear positioning of the equity and debt story against analysts as well as equity and foreign capital investors Responsibility for strategy and content of regular financial reporting as well as close cooperation with the Corporate PR team at the comprehensive press strategy Central control and release of all investor-relevant communication measures and formats, including presentations, speech sheets and Q&A documents for investor events (meetings, Capital Markets Days, Roadshows, conferences) Representation at industry and banking conferences as well as convincing communication of the equity and debt story to external stakeholders Responsibility for content strategy and maintenance of IR channels as well as the establishment and further development of a knowledge base for investor requests Support in the creation of reports and documents to meet stock exchange and admission requirements Participation in compliance with regulatory capital market requirements (e.g. MAR, WpHG), including the creation and publication of mandatory notifications such as voting rights and managerial transactions Conducting strategic IR analyses on competitors, new business segments and specific markets

Insufficient experience in investor relations and investment banking or consulting (e.g. M&A, equity sales) Extensive understanding of capital markets and regulatory requirements in Germany as well as for economic relationships, macrotrends, competitive landscape and market mechanics Strong interest in the detailed analysis of financial key figures (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) as well as the ability to convey them in a comprehensible and addressable manner Corporate Communications Experience Hands-on mentality, team skills and joy in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment Expressed analytical skills and high quality data and content Sovereign communication and safe handling of confidential and sensitive information Strengths in planning, organization and project management with strong stakeholder focus Very good business understanding as well as excellent analytical and financial skills, including safe handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel) German and English knowledge in word and writing
