Technical Project Manager for Building Services Engineering / Maintenance

The Competence Center for Technical Plants/Plant Management ensures the availability and further development of the facilities (a variety of different movable bridges, barrier mechanisms, flood protection and barrier locks) of the movable infrastructure at HPA. It includes the two core areas of steel water construction with focus on plant engineering (machine and electrical engineering) and construction technology (covering of solid, high and low construction and technical building equipment). This structure enables comprehensive supervision of all technical aspects of the systems.

Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You plan, guide and coordinate maintenance and repair measures of technical building equipment – from basic determination to acceptance. The most diverse TGA systems such as heating, air conditioning, ventilation, MSR, or safety systems are technically, economically and organizationally used. Construction measures in stock You control under continuous operation, coordinate multiple plants simultaneously and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and safety requirements. Troubleshooting is analysing, introducing immediate measures and controlling the disorder elimination together with internal and external service providers. Maintenance and testing intervals You plan and monitor, control the execution and document all measures completely. Reconstructions, new buildings and modernization of workplaces and control centers accompany you professionally – including conservation of monuments, energy and climate neutrality requirements. You take documentation, check it for completeness and secure the storage in the HPA systems. You support budget, cost and warranty processes and perform the client and client function.

You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building engineering, technical building equipment or HKLS. Finding knowledge of TGA (e.g. HKLS, electric, building automation) as well as experience in maintenance, project management and technical object care. Construction site coordination, construction management or construction monitoring are familiar to you, as are relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE, VDI, BetrSichV, DIN, VOB/VOL). Trouble analysis and troubleshooting can be done safely and quickly. Economic thinking, structured work and a safe handling of parallel projects are the key to you. With internal and external partners you communicate clearly, perform safely and work cooperatively and solution-oriented. Organisational ability, enforcement ability and a high level of sense of responsibility you bring with you. Basic knowledge of budgetary, administrative and contractual law as well as in technical budget and cost controlling round off your profile.
