As a personal consultant for digitization and automation, you can ensure the smooth running of our HR administration and actively drive the further development, digitization and automation of our HR processes as a central contact person.

Personalreferent HR Administration und Digitisation (m/w/d)

Care and maintenance of our master and time data in the HR systems (SP_Data, ZEUS) and ensuring high data quality Preparation of pay billing and close cooperation with our external payroll service provider, insurance partner and authorities Creation of work contracts, certificates, certificates and evaluations and statistics Organisation and support of Benefits and training Participation in annual accounts and audits In addition, you will also design the further development of our HR processes: Active cooperation and independent development of HR projects focusing on digitalization and automation of administrative processes Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials and development of more efficient, digital solutions in the HR environment Professional co-responsibility in the introduction, further development and optimization of digital HR tools and systems

Continuing training for a specialist or businessman, ideally with a focus on staff Professional experience in administrative and operational HR Good knowledge of the pre-paratory pay billing and the handling of HR systems (e.g. SP_Data, ZEUS or comparable systems) Interest in digital HR topics and pleasure in making HR processes more efficient, ideally experience with digitalization projects Own initiative, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of thinking Communication and organizational strength and joy in team work
