In the Active Business Division, the Team ''Risikoklassifikation und Problemkredite'' is responsible for the process-related tasks of the CRCU (CreditRiskControllingUnit) and is responsible for the definition, documentation and monitoring of the processes risk classification (IRA), risk early detection (translation/mahn, early warning system, intensive care, forbearance), risk prevention and loss data.

Your tasks – we will inspire you

Respond to the risk-appropriate implementation of regulatory requirements in the context of IRBA with the focus on risk classification procedures and loss data collection. Identify and develop possible further fields of action to ensure high process and data quality during your process controlling function. Actively advance the development and automation of process solutions in your topics, including the acquisition of challenging (also leading) project tasks for internal or cross-linked projects. As the first respondent, colleagues from sales and market succession are consulted and regularly exchange with rating service providers, associations and other institutes in the S financial network. Share your knowledge and communicate regulatory and processual innovations into the area in accordance with requirements - e.g. through user-oriented training, workshops or reports.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us

You have a completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge in credit business and ideally experience in process and project management. You have a strong knowledge of how to deal with MS Office programs and have experiences in dealing with databases. Your own initiative, team capacity, sense of responsibility, solution orientation as well as an independent way of working. Your work is characterized by very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as communication and enforcement strength.
