Your tasks:

• Own-sponsored management of a versatile residential property portfolio
• Contact person for renting and ensuring a high tenant satisfaction
• Organisation of new leases, possibly in cooperation with external brokers
• Monitoring open receivables and launching appropriate measures
• Ensure verification and traceability of additional cost accounting
• Economic management of objects with a view to profitability - in close coordination with asset management
• Creation of reports, budget overviews and regular economic analysis
• Continuous communication and coordination with asset management
• Close cooperation with technical property management and other relevant departments

Your profile:

• Complete training in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification
• Found experience in the administration and care of residential properties
• Embossed communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with various contact persons
• Self-responsible, targeted operation and a high degree of commitment
• Power of persuasion, enforcement and team skills
• Responsibility, reliability and independent working
• Secure handling of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge of advantage
• Class B licence required
