Operational Management Consultant Service for People with Dementia/Delirium (m/w/d)

The Robert Bosch Hospital is a central hospital supported by the Robert Bosch Foundation with functions of maximum care at several locations. Hospital operations with over 3,000 employees include 17 specialist departments in various medical centres, an educational centre and research institutes. This structure offers a wide range of possibilities for development for employees. The consiliar service for people with dementia and/or delir at the RBK ensures guidance-oriented and individual care of the patients:inside. Supported by consulting, training and accompaniment of all professional groups in dealing with complex situations, it involves members, promotes interdisciplinary cooperation and contributes to the prevention of complications. In addition, it strengthens the patient-centric supply and the further development of supply quality and structures. The team is composed of specialists in medicine and care.

Strategic overriding activities: Operational control and coordination of the consultancy service Planning and control of resources, service plan organisation and processes in the consultancy service Interface and contact person for care services and external cooperation partners in enquiries Compilation of quality measures and evaluation of consiliary activity Organisation and implementation of training measures for the different professional groups, in particular care and therapy professions Participation in internal training through the IBBZ Participation in strategic projects, e.g. in the implementation of new concepts, evaluation results or in ethical issues Controlling and evaluation of defined quality indicators Operational, practical activities: Conducting consiliar activity with support in the care diagnostic assessment of patients: women with dementia, cognitive limitations or delir risk Participation in the planning and implementation of individual treatment and care strategies (non-medical measures, medicamentary recommendations in cooperation with the medical team)

Accompanying complex supply situations and support in challenging behaviour Advice and training of members in dealing with dementia and delir Support and support of teams in everyday life through case-related advice, case reviews, case analyses and supervision Active design/further development of the intersectoral care of supervised patients in the consiliary service together with the CHN in the PORT-Zentrum Location City

Graduated nursing professional with a completed academic degree at master level or higher level in nursing science or advanced practice nursing Multiannual professional experience in the care of patients: women with dementia and/or delir, ideally proven by the additional training ZERCUR Geriatrie Knowledge of current guidelines and evidence-based treatment concepts in dementia and delir Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation and in consulting and training of professional groups. Ability to coordinate complex supply processes High communicative competence and moderation ability in exchange with different professional groups and relatives Ability to analyse supply flows and develop improvement measures
