We are looking for you as a Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Digital Health from 01.01.2027 in full time!

Design and negotiation of customer, cooperation, license, SaaS and service contracts, as well as contract models with healthcare providers, clinics, pharmaceutical companies and technology partners for digital health services Legal support for the development, certification, marketing and operation of digital health services and medical devices, in particular with regard to the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) Creation and further development of General Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Use for Digital Health Services Support in the protection, structuring and commercial exploitation of intellectual property, in particular software, algorithms, data rights and proprietary technologies Legal assessment and monitoring of the implementation of regulatory requirements, in particular GDPR, NIS2, C5 and other relevant data protection, security and compliance requirements Identification and management of legal risks, in particular in the field of product liability, compliance and commercial contractual relations, and coordination of external legal advisers Accompanying audits, certifications and administrative procedures

Successfully completed study of law with completed 2nd legal state exams (full lawyer*in) At least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an economic law firm or as a corporate lawyer, preferably in the healthcare, MedTech or technology sector Solid knowledge in general contract law and experience in the independent design and negotiation of commercial contracts In-depth knowledge and practical experience in at least one of the following legal areas: medical device law, IP/IT law or data protection law – ideally with points of contact with other of these areas Interest and willingness to work in adjacent legal areas and build a broad legal competence profile in the digital health environment Designed economic understanding and ability to develop pragmatic, legally safe solutions Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and ability to prioritize requirements Communication strength, negotiation skills and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams German in C2 level, good English skills
