Retail Sales Associate Apprenticeship, Dortmund Scharnhorst (m/f/d)

During your 3-year training as a merchant in retail (m/w/d), you will learn all about the subject of goods management and customer service at the branch and in professional education. Individual e-learning modules and our own training team support you on your way to the retail trader (m/w/d). In your training you receive an attractive training allowance and additional bonuses.

Practical training takes place in a branch near you. After a short period of time, you take on various tasks of customer consulting, goods acceptance, goods presentation and cash registering. You will receive regular training from our own training team. Individual e-learning programs accompany you on your way to the final exam.

You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes. You can inspire fashion and interest yourself in current trends. You like to be physically active. You're ambitious and like to show commitment. You have team spirit and are reliable. You're interested in commercial processes. You have at least one real school degree.
