Are you passionate about recruiting themes and want to win the best talents in Youth Recruiting? Do you love working with trainees and working students and accompanying them on their start to work? You also have fun in creative work and are happy to support us in designing our employer branding measures and planning recruiting fairs? Then you are right with us! We are looking for a (Junior) Recruiter (m/w/d) for parental leave in the area of Youth Recruiting.

Your tasks:

Candidate and candidate management: You enter the entire recruiting process, from screening the applicant documents to contract creation for the following target groups: trainees, interns, working students and dual students. Collaboration with our specialist department: You agree closely with the departments to identify the need for open positions and to find suitable talents, as well as advise them on all the topics relevant to recruiting. Participation and design of employer-branding initiatives: You work closely with our marketing department to develop attractive, creative campaigns and position the brand as an employer for new talents. Support for trade fair planning: You help organize and run recruiting trade fairs and events to win talents for our company.

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or a degree in economic psychology, BWL or marketing. First professional experience in recruiting (min. 2 years). Very good knowledge of German and good English. Enthusiasm for recruiting themes, in particular in the area of youth recruiting (trainees, working students). Experience in employer branding and interest in the creative design of employer branding measures are of advantage. Fun on creative work, especially when planning campaigns and fairs. Communicative, team-ready and with own initiative. Curiosity and readiness to learn: You have fun working on new topics.
