Head of Audit & Inspection Management (m/f/d)

Lead and oversee global audit and inspection management, ensuring consistent compliance and operational excellence Define and implement the company-wide strategy for audit and inspection readiness across all relevant functions Manage and develop the team, including task allocation, priorityitization, and fostering cross- collaborationfunctional Act as the central point of contact for escalations and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Ensure structured execution and follow-up of external audits, including oversight of outsourcing partners and audit responses (e.g., CAPAs)

A Master's degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine At least 10 years of relevant professional experience Proven leadership experience (7+ years) with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in complex, crossfunctional environments
