The theoretical training takes place at Heimererer Schools, Weißeritzstraße 3, 01067 Dresden

In addition to theoretical teaching, the internships are carried out in the motor-functional, psychosocial and work-therapeutic fields in the hospitals of the Asklepios Group and its cooperation partners. Your everyday life is characterized by the following tasks: Assessment and individual planning of the therapies such as the improvement of fine or coarse motor skills to support individual action in everyday life Conducting individual and group therapies in the various disciplines such as neurology, geriatrics or traumatology with a focus on the ability to act in everyday life Promoting perception and cognitive training such as promoting concentration and attention Consultancy and counselling, including members of the housing or working environment, assistance in reintegration into the working day Use of crafts and design in the form of artistic or craft techniques

You have a minimum age of 17 years, a good real-school or a special-school or an Abitur You have already completed a professional internship in the field of physiotherapy or in another medical field Mobility and flexibility are a prerequisite for practical training in the various Asklepios clinics in Saxony. You have fun working with people, are a team player and has a lot of empathy, empathy and sense of responsibility You have health suitability for this profession (health certificate) and proof of all statutory vaccinations You have the pleasure of creative treatment techniques and design, have good ideas to support patients in the daily challenges of life You always have the willingness to try out new approaches and let your creativity enter the job
