Your job insight into the core topics of the overall operating bank management, the interaction of asset, passive and balance sheet structure control, the handling of risks and the integration in preview and planning processes Development of professional and process know-how for the processing of exciting and complex issues of great economic significance for the Haspa Learning the cross-sectoral translation, raising and coordinating the coordination of different stakeholders Development and implementation of updates of the calculation system, documentation of the changed processes and support of the superordinate frameworks Creation of reports on active and passive control, preparation of documents and presentations and derivation of recommendations for action

Your profile Successfully completed master's degree, ideally at a university, with the focus on banks/finance/risk/natural sciences Active rethinking and designing relationships as well as the development of the ability to transform deep analyses and questions into visionary solutions for the economic challenges in banking Very good German and English skills Embossed Excel knowledge Problem solving competence and communication skills Responsible action with high stress and ease in stress situations
