The aim of the programme is to train our leaders of tomorrow who lead the VHV Group to a successful future. For about 3 years, as a board assistant (w/m/d) you accompany one of our board members, work closely with him and support him strategically and operationally. So you gradually grow into the responsibility of your own projects.

Then you have the chance to switch to your first, own leadership position. Cooperation with the Management Board: As a board assistant, you work closely with one of our board members and gain valuable insights into the company's strategic orientation and decision-making processes. You create policy templates, reports, business analyses and lectures. Project work: During the program, you will participate in strategic projects and initiatives that contribute significantly to the growth and success of the VHV Group. You are actively involved in the development, implementation and control of these projects. Leadership Training: Participation in our 18-month executive post-growth program will give you comprehensive training in the areas of leadership, team management, conflict resolution, communication and other relevant skills that will prepare you optimally for future leadership tasks. Network setup: As part of regular network events of the program, you will have the opportunity to establish valuable contacts within the company and industry.

You are already bringing Studies: You have completed your Master's or Diploma studies with above-average success – doctoral studies or MBA are a plus. International experience: You have international experience as part of a study or professional activity, for example through an internship. Commitment: You are also active outside the auditorium – we highly expect volunteer engagement. Skills: You think entrepreneurial, are performance-oriented and can convince others about your topics. Networking is also your strength. Language skills: You have excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
