As a production employee (m/w/d), you are directly involved in production and contribute to producing high-quality products. In a flexible layer system you work on different tasks, so that no day is like the other.

• You will operate machines and plants and ensure their smooth operation.
• You will be responsible for the control and quality assurance of the produced goods.
• You take care of compliance with safety regulations and work instructions.
• You support your team in optimizing production processes.
• You document the production processes according to the specifications.

We are looking for

You are motivated, reliable and willing to work in an exciting production environment? Then you'll meet many of the important requirements! We are looking for dedicated employees who are newcomers or fresh from graduation and want to start their career.

• You bring at least German knowledge to level B2.
• You are ready to work in the 4-shift system (spring, late, night and change layer).
• You are not afraid of physical work and can work under production conditions.
• You like to work in the team and have a reliable appearance.
• You are able to efficiently implement work steps according to requirements.
