Travel & Meeting Coordinator (m/f/d)

For Würth Elektronik eiSos we are looking for you to strengthen our team in full-time (40 hours) or part-time (min. 32 hours) as a Travel & Meeting Coordinator (m/w/d) in Trier or Waldenburg (near Heilbronn).

You know that every meeting is special and needs individual preparation. In your role in Travel & Meeting Management, you will support our employees in their events from the beginning to the end. Your goal is to enable smooth and stress-free meetings together in the team. You are a central link between your internal burrowers as well as external service providers – mostly hotels – and where necessary organize travel agents to the meeting. With your organizational talent and negotiation skills, you will ensure the best conditions with our contractual partners. Travel & Meeting Management – same same but different!

Ensure everything: organization & booking in exchange with the hotel and our internal clients Keep an overview: Create cost assumptions for hostages so that our business dinners run smoothly Organize optimally: Planning and booking events for unforgettable moments Focus: Contract negotiation and conclusion of contract to get the best conditions at hotels for eiSos

Basics: Completed commercial training or training in the field of tourism Knowledge: multi-year professional experience in the field of meeting or travel organization Communication: Treatable English in Word and Writing Strengths: careful and structured operation
