Service Technician - Heating / Plumbing / Customer Service (m/f/d)

You take the professional maintenance and commissioning of heating and sanitary facilities directly from our customers on site. In case of malfunctions, you are at the place: you analyze error sources systematically and perform repairs independently to ensure smooth operation. As the first contact for our customers, you provide expert advice on technical questions and explain the work done in a comprehensible way. You are planning your service operations autonomously and ensuring a clean documentation of your work in close coordination with the internal service team.

You have a completed training as an electrician, plant mechanic for SHK or in a comparable craftsmanship. Ideally, you already have first professional experience in the field of sanitary and heating technology. Class B licence is essential for customer service work. Your work is independent and quality-conscious, and at the same time you are a flexible team player you can rely on. For direct customer contact you speak fluent German (C1 level).
