Together we develop, implement and manage sustainable and cost-stable large-scale projects, buildings and facilities for the Hamburg universities on behalf of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. As a member of a small project team, one of our major educational projects will be able to manage the completion of demand planning and transfer to the tenant: You take over the coordination of project specifications with regard to organisation, communication and documentation with project management and management. You analyze, evaluate and control external planning in terms of quality, quantity, costs and dates. At the project level, you act as a central interface for communication between demand providers, future users, building operators and affected third parties. You initiate the procurement procedures for the necessary planning and construction services.
