overarching green and outdoor planning in the theme complex climate-adapted, sustainable urban development Project development and strategic tasks Conception and updating of development planning, e.g. in the field of blue-green infrastructure Accompanying model projects and pilot programmes Representation of the Head of Office and Department at interdisciplinary working groups, bodies and events Representation of the Greenland Office in technical matters Coordination and moderation of cross-border planning processes and civic participations Perception of assigned individual tasks and project tasks

completed university studies (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor) in the field of landscape architecture or comparable discipline long-standing proven professional experience in landscape architecture offices or comparable in public administration Experiences in landscape architecture, landscape planning, construction planning, urban planning and object planning Motivation to work into complex issues Understanding the consequences of climate change and planning measures for climate adaptation Knowledge of building law, VOF, HOAI and competition strong communicative skills in word and writing (level comparable to level C1 of the European reference framework (GER))) strong ability to work independently, structured and conceptually analytical and cross-linking thinking, decision-making and negotiation skills Cooperation and team skills in interdisciplinary contexts Diversity competence and sensitivity in dealing with different target groups good computer skills (MS Office)
