Construction and project manager for the Kiel University team (m/f/d)

We build for research and teaching! For our refurbishment, refurbishment and new construction projects on the campus of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, you work as an engineer / technician (m/w/d) in the field of construction management to project control. (m/w/d) and freelance architects and engineers (m/w/d) Development of construction projects and maintenance measures from basic determination to completion, with a focus on LP 6-9 Coordination with other project participants as well as regular participation in construction projects Creation of lists of services, including follow-up examination of offers and execution up to acceptance You monitor the processing of residual performance and deficiencies You support the project management in the preparation of freelance contracts Control and verification of services freelance workers from planning, execution to acceptance

Compulsory requirements Completed construction-related university studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture As an alternative: this recognition as a ‘other employee’ within the meaning of the TV‐L As an alternative: state-tested technician (m/w/d) Vocational experience in the implementation and implementation of construction projects, preferably in public construction and in the structure Interest in circular construction and resource-saving renovation Self-employed, structured and responsible work Good communication strength and team skills Class B driving licences and the readiness to take service trips within Schleswig-Holsteins Required requirements Experience in project management, cost management, appointments and qualities Knowledge of construction and construction law to be applied (e.g. HOAI, VOB, AHO) and cost and performance accounting IT affinity with regard to the applications, e.g. CAD, CAFM, SAP and RIB ITWO Task and project planning skills and negotiation skills
