You have completed training in food retailing or specialist business and have extensive knowledge of food retailing and especially in the bakery sector. Ideally, you will already bring professional experience and product and assortment knowledge in this area. You understand how to think and act in business and already have experience as department manager. You communicate transparently, are empathic, creative and make independent decisions.
