Project Manager Shell / Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibility & Overview: You are responsible for managing, managing and monitoring our construction projects in high and industrial construction – always with a view to dates, quality and cost-effectiveness Team management & organisation: You will guide your construction site team safely through all phases of the project and plan the use of personnel and materials efficiently and in compliance with all relevant requirements Coordination & Quality: You coordinate our construction partners and suppliers, undertake instruction, monitoring and evaluation – and ensure smooth operations at the construction site Focus on cost-effectiveness: you achieve the calculated construction site result and, in particular, use the economic potential of the projects optimally in the after-sales management. Security & Sustainability: Compliance with applicable occupational safety and environmental regulations is your responsibility – as well as the establishment and maintenance of sustainable business relationships

Education & experience: A completed study as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d) or comparable qualification with well-founded practice as a building or project manager – ideally in high- or industrial construction Know-how & Tools: Safe handling of VOB, safety and environmental requirements as well as knowledge of building-specific software (ideally iTWO) Working & posture: You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. Your entrepreneurial thinking, your analytical skills, and your willingness to use will draw you from Team spirit & passion: You enjoy building and working with people.
