Responsibility You guide the billing team and ensure efficient billing processes. Optimization: You develop processes and ensure smooth integration into our systems. Leadership: You support and motivate your team, coordinate tasks and develop employees. Collaboration: You work closely with other departments to ensure transparent accounting processes. Analysis: You evaluate key figures, identify optimization potentials and implement improvements directly. Communication: You are the central player for internal and external stakeholders to all billing topics.

Experience: You have multi-year practice in billing and ideally in team management. Expertise: You are familiar with accounting processes, IT systems and relevant legal requirements. Analytical thinking: You recognize potential for improvement and implement efficient solutions. IT-Affinity: You are safe in handling billing systems and work structured with data. Team spirit: You communicate clearly, decide confidently and bring your team forward together. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
