You ensure that legal issues in the Children's and Youth Office are assessed and implemented in a sound manner. Creation of legal advice and development of practical implementation proposals Advice and support of executives and employees on legal issues Processing of administrative matters, in particular on responsibilities, reimbursement of costs, protection of children and rights of handling Establishment and examination of contracts, in particular in the field of financing of free youth assistance and day care institutions Processing of legal claims on day care Processing data protection issues and implementation of the requirements of the GDPR Monitoring of opposition proceedings, drafting of complaints and communication with parties in disputed proceedings Participation in the implementation of legal changes, in particular in the SGB VIII, BTHG and adjacent social laws Cooperation with the Legal Office and other internal and external partners You work independently and across areas for the entire Children's and Youth Office and are closely associated with the administration.

Completed legal studies as a full lawyer or a first legal degree in connection with a Master of Laws with a focus on social law Knowledge of public law, ideal for administrative and family law Willingness to work deeper into the law on youth assistance and adjacent social legislation Very careful, structured and precise operation Embossed communication skills and safe occurrence in consultation Sensitivity and reflectivity in dealing with sensitive topics and different perspectives
