Development, control and further development of the personal marketing and employer branding strategy in close cooperation with the management of the staff exchanges Communication and Recruiting activities Conception and implementation of innovative campaigns for recruiting staff and increasing employers' attractiveness (social media, video, events) Evaluation of campaign-specific key figures as a basis for future target group-specific projects Promoting employers' attractiveness through internal communication, benefits and events for employees

Complete studies, e.g. marketing, communication sciences, personnel management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (min. 3-5 years) in personal marketing, employer branding or recruiting communication Detectable successes in the design and control of recruiting or employer branding campaigns Safe handling of popular content, graphics and video editing tools Embossed communication skills and a structured and independent way of working Creativity, openness, team capacity, enthusiasm and a clear hand-on mentality
