For more than 50 years, we have been supporting and supporting adult people with mental disabilities in different forms of living, offerings of the daily structure and leisure activities. We have a wide range of expertise, have remained open and curious and allow people to appreciate and include accompaniment in the sense of participation. This is the core task for us - for that we are committed, also at political level. From a parent initiative in 1973, the association has developed an organizational culture in which an esteeming, collegial co-existence is lived at eye level and flat hierarchies. The focus is also on enabling employees to have a large scope for design in their everyday work. In our lovingly designed residential houseRie23, 29 inhabitants live: in two groups of special housing, two residential communities and in the occupants of individual residences. There is a beautiful garden that is used by everyone. Our team is young, engaged and working together with confidence. We focus on the quality of social work: participation, participation in society and the self-determination of each individual is important to us. From now on we are looking for a pedagogical specialist for our house. The range of places is 30 hours in the week in the 2-shift system and is indefinite.
