Team Leader Finance in Bonn (m/f/d)

As Team Management Finance (m/w/d), you will create a modern, digitally oriented financial organization. Your mission: Ensuring security, digitizing processes and ensuring sustainable growth As a professional expertin, you are responsible for the compliance-oriented accounting and the preparation of monthly and annual accounts, including the annex and position report according to HGB for the action Mensch e.V. and the action Mensch Stiftung. You are responsible for the internal control system including revision-proof documentation. You are responsible for complying with tax laws and regulations as part of a tax compliance management system and keeps you informed about changes in law. Your responsibility lies in the creation of sales tax pre-registration and sales tax annual declaration. You are responsible for the proper constellation and booking of the operations of the Human Action (also real estate and asset management) and the Human Foundation Action. You tax cash management including liquidity planning, control and optimization of bank accounts. Guided tour & cooperation: You develop a strong team for tomorrow You lead the team of accounting (approximately 10 people) and your leadership is based on agile methods, expertise, trust, respect, a clear expectation management and a continuous development of the team's competences. You represent the interests of your team, work closely with the tech specialists, ensure efficient and scalable processes and ensure the continuous development in order to make optimal use of automation and AI. You are a contact personin for the team controlling and all other departments in the house as well as for the tax advisors and auditors. In addition, you are responsible for resource planning and in particular budget planning for your area. You will participate in cross-departmental projects within the organization.

You have several years of management experience in accounting or finance with detectable expertise in accounting (HGB) as well as experience in monthly and annual accounts You have strong leadership skills, meet clear decisions, develop processes, IT systems and compliance requirements and control your team safely through change processes You work structured, priority sovereign, perform internal and external stakeholders professionally and promote digital, efficient and customer-oriented cooperation across all interfaces You have completed your studies (economics, BWL, Accounting & Finance or a degree as an account holder*in or the like)
