Online Marketing Manager Lead Portale & Nurturing (m/f/d)

Due to our strong growth, we are looking for reinforcement for our marketing team in Berlin at the next possible time.

You support our marketing team in expanding our presence on external portals and partner platforms You actively participate in lead generation via external channels and introduce your own ideas for performance improvement You accompany the onboarding of new portals and work closely with marketing, product and IT You develop and implement Lead-Nurturing campaigns to deliver relevant content to potential customers along their customer journey at the right time You design automated email streams and continuously optimize them You analyze KPIs, conversion tunnels and the performance of linked portals and share your insights with the team

You bring experience in marketplace/portal management or affiliate/channel management You have already conceived and implemented lead-nurturing strategies You are ideally familiar with lead scoring, lead qualification and marketing automation You are creative in developing target group specific content along the customer journey You're redirected with popular online tools and present confidently You work out with large amounts of data (Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot) You have pronounced analytical skills and a safe handling of performance KPIs You work structured, reliable and independent
