Project Manager Office (m/f/d)

As Project Manager PMO (m/w/d), you are the driving force for structure, transparency and efficiency in our projects. You support project management in planning, controlling and reporting, ensure compliance with our PMO standards and work closely with the Operations Office and other interfaces. At the same time, you actively shape the further development of processes, methods and the overall project overview – and thus contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the further development of our company.

Construction, maintenance and development of PMO standards, templates and project methods Creation and maintenance of project schedules together with project management Staffing Manager support in cross-project capacity planning Construction and maintenance of a complete project overview (project roadmap) Further development of project controlling and monitoring of project budgets Examination of project status reports and creation of status and management reports Participation in the further development of the company and the Operations Office

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, project management, safety management, civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management or PMO environment (at least 2–3 years) Experience in the environment of physical safety, building or safety technology of advantage Structured, solution-oriented operation with focus on value-creating processes High communication and organizational capability Enforcement and strong stakeholder management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
