You have successfully completed your studies in dentistry and have the German, dental approval Experience: You look back on several years of practical experience in classical dental treatment and as a dental director*in (m/w/d) Leadership Skills: As a manager (m/w/d) you have an open ear for the concerns of your employees and motivate them to top performance Passion: Your enthusiasm for the topics of strategic and operational management is reflected in your will to design, your entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as in your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach Directives: You are familiar with the requirements of dental documentation and treatment guidelines readiness to travel: The willingness to travel during the incorporation is of course for you Language skills: You have at least German skills in the B2 level
