We are looking for our customer in Neenstetten Sachbearbeiter Reklamationsmanagement (m/w/d).

Your duties

• Adoption and processing of complaints
• Consultation of customers in case of complaint
• Internal quality management
• Maintenance of complaint statistics

Your profile

• Complete technical or commercial training
• Secure handling of MS Office
