Support and configuration of IT workplaces and media technology Development and implementation of new media technology concepts in coordination with the service team and the departments Procurement, commissioning, installation and administration of media technology of all kinds (e.g. video conferencing, digital information boards, videowalls and Crestron control systems) Documentation and continuous optimization of existing systems, processes and technical standards Supporting the space booking tool for meeting rooms and workplaces User instruction in handling Management of all IT-relevant components that belong to a modern working environment

Successfully completed training in the field of IT, media technology or a comparable qualification Good hardware knowledge in the areas of current media technology and IT end devices as well as basic knowledge in telecommunications and network Safe handling of the Microsoft-365 package Responsibility in connection with reliability and trustworthiness Flexible, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as a pronounced understanding of service coupled with team capability Good knowledge of German and English (C1 level) Class B driving licence
