Start with a training as a businessman for insurance and financial investments / sales (m/w/d) in your desired region, as close as possible to your home. Your entry into the financial world – training at R+V From the outset, you are part of a strong network of popular and Raiffeisen banks and R+V insurance and learn how to advise clients on insurance and pension issues. You accompany people in the moments that count: when moving into the first own apartment, when buying the first car, in family planning or in the question: “What do I do with my money?”

Understanding insurance: You learn how to advise customers in a fair and comprehensible manner to insurance and prevention. Experience sales live: You are in real everyday life – in conversation, service and sales. Learning in the job: Practice takes place in your desired region in one of the branches of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken. The theory at the regional vocational school or our GenoKolleg in Münster. Seminars & Projects: Training and Azubi Projects help you to become more confident and professional.

Solid, tariff-bound training allowance without commission dependency: €1,355 in 1st, € 1.432 in 2nd and € 1,520 in 3rd Year of training plus two additional monthly salaries as holiday and Christmas money. Good start: Clear structure in training, fixed responses, mentoring and training. Extra support: asset-effective services, grants for learning resources, travel costs or rent-cost participation (depending on the distance to the vocational school).
