Live Communications Manager / Event Manager

Wiesbaden Professional Full time Settlement – unlimited In your role, you are able to set up global trade fairs and events live and online and to accompany their implementation within the complete VITRONIC group. You work closely with the global marketing team as well as marketing professionals in international group companies, product management and sales.

You support the design of live communication activities of the VITRONIC Group You accompany the implementation of global trade fairs and events live and online – from stand design to advertising material handling to reporting You take the vote with organizers and suppliers and tax the dispatch of marketing materials and exhibits You plan and answer project and schedules of various live communication activities You enter the VITRONIC's own content space and the event website You take care of the complete ordering process of advertising materials and merchandise articles You support in-house content production for VITRONIC communication channels (e.g. fair, website, LinkedIn, webinars) You take care of the CRM data sets as support for the Brand Manager* and for the targeted management of the projects

You are a great enrichment for our marketing team if you can identify yourself with the following skills. CHECKLIST You have completed your studies in business, such as marketing, media communication, event management or in a similar field. You can already present at least two years of professional experience in trade fairs You have very good knowledge of project management that you have already been able to apply in practice – you are used to working proactively and keeping deadlines You have the right fingertips in cooperation with various stakeholders You are team-ready, communicative and self-initiative A creative vein and rich in ideas characterize you You are versed in handling MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have a valid class B driver certificate
