Senior System Engineer SCCM/PSADT (m/f/d)

To support our Center of Competence (CoC) Service Solution Providing (SSP), we are looking for you as a senior system engineer SCCM/PSADT (m/w/d) in full time at the Munich site. We keep the technology running – and drive it forward. In the CoC SSP we are responsible for the IT infrastructure of the KVB. From data center to workstation, we deliver tailor-made solutions – stable, scalable, sustainable.

Administration, automation, operation and monitoring of client environment in Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM / SCCM) Development of client releases and feature updates as well as execution of Windows updates, servicing, software distribution and parameterization Creation, maintenance and optimization of software packages using PSADT error analysis, 2nd-/3rd-level support and continuous quality and process improvement; coordinated troubleshooting, problem management and change management Documentation of technical environments, processes and operational standards Control and coordination of external service providers and close cooperation with internal specialist departments, project managers, client architects and VDI client colleagues identifying and implementing technical innovations and optimization potentials as well as strategic development of the platform taking into account market and environment; Working to optimize the modern workplace lifecycle (deployment, update processes, security hardening)

Successful completed studies or training of comparable qualifications At least ten years of relevant professional experience in enterprise client management in complex IT environments (> 2,000 clients) and responsibility for IT operations Comprehensive knowledge in MCM, PSADT and related components Funded knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory / Azure / Entra ID, Group policies and Windows operating systems Knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP Very good knowledge of Powershell for the automation of administrative and operational processes Experience in the M365 environment complete your profile
