This is what awaits you Your activities include the support of the project manager in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of various events In addition, you support proactively on-site and take part areas independently Takeover of general, administrative and group-relevant tasks is your responsibility You get a comprehensive and transparent insight into the event management of a multimedia MDAX group The participation in the event organization in various sizes and designs completes your task profile

You are characterized by team skills, a high social competence and self-initiative/organisation and structure Ideally, you will have first experience in event management You are characterized by a friendly and open-minded appearance and live the 'Hands On'' mentality You have a class B licence Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point), photoshop and graphics skills as well as good English skills in word and font complete your profile
