Employee Real Estate Leasing for Commercial Space (m/f/d)

You take over the active rental of our real estate portfolio including Rent-race and long-term care of our well-known trade renters You conduct contract negotiations and analyze the market and competition You create rental concepts in compliance with a lucrative industry and tenant mix You build the network to tenants:inside and expansion managers You agree with colleagues: within other specialist departments such as planning, construction department etc.

You have professional experience in the real estate industry You have a commercial training, e.g. as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable study (e.g. business administration, real estate management), also like studying in the field of law / law You convince by negotiation skills and have a hands-on mentality You control German (C1+) in word and writing You have good knowledge in the MS Office package, especially with Excel You are ready to travel
