You will select job advertisements, test application documents, select suitable candidate:inside and conduct interviews independently You coordinate the entire recruitment process and design the entry of new employees professionally and smoothly You care and manage all personnel data, including work contracts, salary information, tax documents and personal files You act as a trusted representative for employees and assists in conflicts or issues in everyday work You make sure that all work laws and internal regulations are complied with, manage holiday claims, working hours and travel policies correctly You are responsible for managing personal data, insurance, social benefits and all administrative processes in the HR sector You accompany employees from entry to exit, including certification and final discussions You control the use of our HR system factorial, including time recording, absence management and further expansion of system usage You advise executives on personnel issues, coordinate interfaces and control external personnel service providers You identify optimization potentials in HR processes and actively support HR projects

You have a degree or training in the field of personnel, business or comparable You bring multi-year experience in HR, ideally in recruiting, onboarding and personal administration You have knowledge of working law and HR compliance You have organisational skills, work independently and have a high service orientation You are strong in communication, team-ready and are confident about employees and executives You are interested in process optimization and the willingness to actively shape HR projects
