Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees of the Industrial Engineering Group Development and optimization of industrialization processes for electronics products to ensure smooth transfer from product development to series production Planning, control and monitoring of industrialization projects, compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards Active design of interfaces such as product lines, test development, production and quality Identification and analysis of potential risks in the production process, development of preventive measures and effective problem solving strategies Regular reporting including the definition and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Resource Planning and Theme Priority Processing and optimization of business processes Budget and Cost Responsibility

Complete technical studies, alternatively successfully completed training with additional qualification Experience in the field of project management IT and software knowledge, such as ERP systems, MS Project or Jira Structured, process-oriented and solution-oriented operation Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement in the industrialisation process High communicative and empathic skills Reliability, independence and hand-on mentality Very good English skills in word and writing
