Evaluation of AI models and tools (e.g. LLMs, neural networks, generative AI) with regard to their suitability for energy-related issues and identifying specific applications Examination of how AI tools deal with sensitive data and whether You meet the requirements of the GDPR and other compliance requirements, and developing recommendations for the safe use of AI in projects Research and knowledge management on new AI developments, market trends and research results – both nationally and internationally Implementation of courses on the use of AI in various areas on the above topics Cooperation with research and development teams to define requirements and pilot solutions setting impulses for the conception of an AI strategy

Completed university studies in a master's degree course (HAW or Univ.) or in a graduate degree course (Univ.) in the field of infor­mation, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, natural sciences or a comparable subject Work experience in the field of ''application of artificial intelligence'' as well as practical experience with AI models (e.g. machine learning, deep learning, LLMs) and their application in energy technology or a related area Knowledge in data security, data protection (GDPR) and IT compliance Very good programming skills Analytical strength and structured approach to complex topics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
