Commercial administration of a defined real estate stock, in particular as the first respondent to the concerns of our customers: Active participation in stock development Correspondence with our customers: inside, service providers, legal representations, authorities etc. Processing of termination processes Implementation of pre-intentional visits, acceptance of terminations and handover to new lease Processing and settlement of defects Regular inventory control and responsibility for ensuring permanent traffic safety Cooperation with the technical team Close cooperation with external service providers (in particular housekeepers, craftsmen and the like) Continuous data management

A completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or several years of professional experience in real estate management Ideally experience in handling SAP Good handling of Microsoft Office applications Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Service-oriented thinking and acting Structured working and fun on team work
