Senior Elektroingenieur:in Netzanverbund (m/w/d) you are responsible for the development and implementation of project plans for the construction and modernization of substations and network connections.

Planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of transformers and network connections Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and quality, safety and environmental standards Analysis of technical challenges and development of efficient solutions Monitoring of dates, costs and progress incl. Reporting to stakeholders Participation in tenders, awards and supplier agreements Evaluation of project results and contribution to continuous process improvement

Complete study of electrical engineering and several years of experience in the (partial) project management of network connection, infrastructure or energy projects with CAPEX responsibility Funded knowledge in the appointment, interfaces and risk management as well as in the management of suppliers and construction sites Sovereign project management capabilities with clear decision-making also in complex project situations, sophisticated negotiation strength, liability as well as high earnings and quality orientation Flowing German (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2) Class B licence and occasional readiness to travel to our facilities within Germany
