Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

General responsibility for managing, organizing and coordinating the entire restaurant business (service area) leadership, motivation and further development of the service team including schedule and holiday planning Ensuring a smooth operating process in the restaurant and active day-to-day work Development and implementation of service concepts, offers and arrangements in close coordination with the kitchen Responsibility for maintaining quality standards in service and for an excellent guest experience Control and optimization of sales, additional sales (upselling) and economic indicators Monitoring and control of goods use in the service sector Ordering, acceptance, control and proper storage of goods in the area of responsibility Implementation and responsibility of monthly and annual events in the restaurant and beverage warehouse Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, in particular in the areas of hygiene, safety and infection protection Control and compliance with labelling requirements (e.g. allergens and additives) in cooperation with the kitchen Training and instruction of employees in service processes, standards and legal requirements Close cooperation with kitchen, front office and other departments to ensure an optimal guest experience Continuous quality control and analysis and optimization of processes and cost structures

Complete training in the hotel industry or gastronomy (e.g. restaurant specialist, hotel specialist) and well-founded professional experience in the service area, ideally in a senior position Ideally completed training examination (AEVO) and experience in managing and developing employees Impressed leadership skills, organizational skills and a structured and responsible way of working Entrepreneurial thinking, economic understanding, enforcement and decision-making High service orientation, hostility and passion for excellent guest experiences Flexibility, resilience and strong team spirit Very good German knowledge and safe application of hygiene and safety regulations Very good knowledge of food and beverage services, including wine and product knowledge Excellent quality awareness and an eye for details and service excellence Communication strength, sovereign appearance and a well-kept appearance Experience in handling cash register systems as well as common hotel and gastronomy systems
