You are responsible for optimizing process processes in production and production You take over the planning and implementation of internal audits and supplier audits and accompany external audits You undertake the preparation and maintenance of test plans, quality diagrams and test concepts, evaluate test reports and independently process complaints You work with developing the integrated management system (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 50001) and support product and process development You are contact persons for quality, environmental and sustainability issues and carry out training on quality tools You work closely with the teams of technology, production, supply chain and customer service

You bring a successfully completed technical study (engineering, quality management, etc.) with You bring well-founded professional experience in QM in a metalworking company, knowledge of the heat treatment of steel components You are safe in handling quality methods such as FMEA, SPC, 8D - certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CQE are beneficial You have good knowledge of ISO 9000 / 14001 / 50001 standards You have an analytical and independent way of working, show high commitment and team orientation You bring very good communication and documentation skills as well as very good English skills
