You are active in supporting the technical management and monitoring of the maintenance of technical installations. You are also responsible for the infrastructural building management (e.g. building cleaning, vehicle park, game equipment, green and grey care) in cooperation with the external FM service provider. You are responsible for the initiation, execution and control of the required UVV tests and maintenance on the museum's machines and equipment. You are responsible for the organisation of the operational building operation. independent processing of fault and damage reports as well as for the adjustment of the repair requirements in the FM portal of BIM GmbH. You are responsible for the care and instruction of the associated foreign companies of BIM GmbH, the FM service provider and the SDTB, including the quality control of the services performed. You contribute to the construction of the SDTB in the field of domestic engineering. You prepare performance directories and prepare the award according to VOB/UVgO for the implementation of repair measures of SDTB, check offers and control the performance. You work interdisciplinary with all areas of the museum in coordinating tasks. You operate the CAFM software to control maintenance planning and ensure operator responsibility, including support and data management. You work with the owner representative and external planners in the planning and construction phase and provide documentation, testing and approval documents from the in-house technical archive as the basis for planned construction measures and installations. You monitor and control the supply systems via the building control system and process the interference messages incoming within the system.

You have a successfully completed (professional) degree course (Bachelor or FH-Diplom) of an engineering discipline, ideally with the focus on electrical engineering or supply technology, alternatively you have a corresponding qualification as industrial or craft master. You have experience in building control technology and in hazard management systems. You bring knowledge of modern industrial plants such as air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems as well as fire detection, intrusion detection, sprinkler and elevator systems. You have secure computer knowledge, in particular in MS Office and in the application of CAFM systems. You have experience in creating tendering and awarding documents, as well as knowledge of current VDE standards and the BetrSichV. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, quality and safety as well as good communication and information behavior. You ideally have a multi-year, extensive practical experience in facility management and work independently and independently.
