(Senior) Consultant Transaction Accounting - Consulting of complex corporate transactions (f/m/d)

In our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart, you can support clients: both in the balance-sheet challenges of complex business transactions. You work in international, interdisciplinary teams with high self-responsibility and direct client contact, which combine extensive project management and tax expertise in addition to the accounting competence. Your tasks include: Participation in national and international projects with capital market reference (e.g. IPOs, Bond Placements, Carve-outs) Analysis and assessment of complex accounting issues in due diligence projects and M&A transactions Support for the implementation of a company acquisition in the consolidated financial statements of the acquirer (e.g. GAAP conversion, purchase price allocation, acquisition balance sheets) and the subsequent implementation of the integration of the financial function Creation of Carve Out accounts for complex business units and Closing accounts in the final determination of the purchase price in an M&A transaction Accompanying IPO processes and support in implementing accounting requirements under an IPO (e.g. Capital Market Readiness)

Complete study of economics, business information technology or a comparable course of studies and initial practical experience in accounting and auditing Outstanding interest and/or first experience in accounting consulting, in particular in corporate transactions, as well as at least two years relevant professional experience and well-founded HGB/IFRS knowledge as a senior consultant Very good communication skills in German (mind. C1-Level) and English (mind. B2-Niveau)
